Importante consultora estratégica está en búsqueda de un/a Accounting/Finance Assistant con grandes posibilidades de crecimiento dentro de la empresa.

Responsibilities:

- Conducts less routine administrative activities in support of the finance team by processing, scanning, and filing while ensuring error free delivery and escalation of issues where appropriate. Specific responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Produce and amend general correspondence (e-mail, fax, letters, invoices and some PowerPoint production).
Administrative responsibilities including maintenance of records, stationary supplies etc.
Assist with reconciliation.
Data input and processing in relevant finance system.
Provide assistance and support to other team members.
Assume other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Education: Second Level / High school graduate.
Experience: 2-4 years of administrative .experience, ideally in a finance, accounting or bookkeeping environment.
Knowledge: Basic MS Office skills ( i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access) and basic accounting software.
Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to proactively identify potential issues and suggest creative solutions; ability to work independently and collaboratively with others; outstanding comms skills.
