Your Mission: 

As Project Manager leads relevant customer implementation projects (based on size, complexity and impact to the business) across LATAM guaranteeing an efficient outcome and enhancing the Customer Experience throughout the process.

As Transformation Manager ensures the adoption and implementation of strategic transformation elements (e.g ways of working within the new operating model) in different networks, chapters and Centers of Excellence in LATAM Diagnostics. This is achieved by collaborating with the mentioned areas, accompanying and actively enabling their transformation journeys. The role strongly contributes to successfully embedding the Diagnostics strategy, our new operating model as well as our new ways of working and is therefore essential for achieving our collective objectives in a sustainable manner

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Manages and leads the planning, execution and monitoring of Customer Implementation Projects ensuring high quality and timely deliverables through the efficient allocation and governance of all the required resources.

  • Guarantees project objectives accomplishment by maintaining constant internal and external communication to share progress and escalate needs or actions to avoid deviations.

  • Fosters continuous improvement on projects management to positively impact the Customer Experience.

  • Ensures standardization of project ́s management in LATAM through the proper documentation, tools implementation and visibility standards.

  • Catalyzes and nurtures the LATAM Project Managers Community to leverage best practices and enhance accelerated professionalization of Project Management across the region.

  • For the Operating Model: Partner with Networks, Chapters and COE to ensure the vision, strategy and all aspects of the transformation are brought to life within the defined working model.

  • Leads the definition of collective objectives within the operating model & monitor progress to ensure that desired impact is fully executed.

  • Ensures appropriate processes and frameworks are implemented in a sustainable and efficient manner to enable continuous delivery of our commitments & goals.

  • Leads & Collaborates closely within the elements of the operating model and stakeholders across all levels of the organization to support and enable their transformation journeys.

  • Help the organization to embrace and adapt agile ways of working like self-managed teams and developing communication concepts.

  • Leading the Transformation & Strategy Execution Chapter.

  • Build connectivity across and lead the transformation chapter and activities to ensure that: We are listening to the voices out of the organization. We are explaining the context well and creating a deep understanding of why we are transforming. We are learning and incorporating input out of the networks/chapters as we go. We are empowering the local and regional aspects of the transformation.

  • Leads the implementation of transformation activities necessary for progressive organizational evolution. May participate in global/regional cross-functional or cross- chapter projects/squads.

To be success in the role- Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Administrative related field. Masters Degree in Project Management. (PMI)

  • Experience in Project Management related positions for 2 or more years

  • Proficiency in Google suite & PM Apps & Tools

  • Experience of working in or on organizational change/ transformation is a plus

  • Experience working in a matrix environment

  • Fluent English and Spanish

  • Understanding of the region and different cultures

Your Team: 

This role reports into the Transformation Lead (for LATAM Diagnostics) and works in close coordination and alignment with the LATAM Head of Service.
